Returns & Exchanges

 

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

Returns must be in new and unused condition. Returns must be requested within 30 days from purchase date for a refund. Store credit will be issued for returns requested after 30 days and up to 45 days from date of receipt. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted after 45 days from the original purchase date. Gift returns will be processed as an exchange or store credit only. 

It is your responsibility to pack and ship the product in such a way that will protect the item. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If you purchased redo at checkout, they will cover your return label cost, if you did not, you will be able to purchase your own label through the portal.

Clearance items and free gifts with purchase are not eligible for returns or exchanges at any time.
