WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

Returns must be in new and unused condition. Returns must be requested within 30 days from purchase date, and received within 45 days for a refund. Store credit will be issued for returns received after 45 days and up to 60 days from date of receipt. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted after 60 days from the original purchase date. Gift returns will be processed as an exchange or store credit only. 

It is your responsibility to pack and ship the product in such a way that will protect the item. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If shipping from within the United States, we will cover your return shipping cost and there are no restocking fees. 

Clearance items and free gifts with purchase are not eligible for returns or exchanges at any time.
