How long do I have to return my order?

Orders placed between November 1st and December 15th may be returned or exchanged as long as the process is initiated by January 15th, and received by our warehouse by January 31st.

Can I get my bag wet?

While leather can get wet without hurting it, we recommend that you keep your bag out of any rain or moisture as much as possible. Our bags have been tanned and dyed to get the distinct vintage coloring, and water can affect the look of the leather and cause spotting on the bag. Your leather bag will last longer if you keep it dry and apply a leather conditioner or cream as needed.

Is the extended warranty refundable if I return my bag?

Yes, if the bag is returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

How long does international shipping take?

Generally international shipping takes anywhere from a few days (Canada) to about 2 weeks if you're in a remote area.
